It is Christmas Eve, and Mia is finishing her Christmas shopping. All she has left to do it to buy her Christmas tree. Mia chooses a lovely little tree in a pot and she starts to walk home. It is snowing hard and an old man in front of Mia slips and falls. Mia helps the old man get up, and together they gather up all his parcels that fell on the ground. It is only when she gets home that Mia realizes that she left her Christmas tree on the street when she helped the old man.

Mia and her dog Murphy set off to find the tree. This is not easy to do though because it is snowing heavily. How will Mia find her tree?

This delightful book captures the true spirit of Christmas gift giving. Children will see that helping others who are in need is a perfect way to celebrate the Christmas season. With its beautifully soft illustrations, and its heart-warming story, this is a title that is sure to become a firm holiday favorite.
