  It is October and the time has come to pick a pumpkin out of the pumpkin patch. Soon it will be Halloween and our pumpkins will be turned into pumpkin heads of all kinds. Some will be very big and others will be small. Some will be plain heads while others may be dressed up to look like cowboys, cats, or witches. There will be those which will be waiting to greet trick-or-treaters while others will serve to scare crows in the fields.
