Lets us find out what Maisy mouse likes best. What are her favorite toys, her favorite animals, her favorite clothes and her favorite things?
Four mini board books present Maisy’s favorite things, each book showing twenty favorites using an illustration and a word on every sturdy, colorful page. Maisy loves to play with her rubber duck and her guitar in “Maisy’s Favorite Toys.” In “Maisy’s Favorite Animals” she feeds a duck and rides a horse. “Maisy’s Favorite Clothes” shows the fashionable mouse dressed in her stripped swimsuit and in a pirate costume. And, last but not least “Maisy’s Favorite Things” shows this very popular little white mouse reading a book and making gingerbread men.
Not only will little children love to look at these cunning little books, but they can also stack and play with them. Simple words shown with an illustration in each case will help children begin the journey down the road of word recognition.

Action Alert

Reading is Fundamental (RIF) needs your help. The President's proposed fiscal year 2009 budget released in February eliminates the Inexpensive Book Distribution Program, which is the RIF Book Distribution Program. Unless Congress reinstates funding for this program, RIF will be unable to distribute 16 million books annually to the nation's youngest and most at-risk children. RIF serves 4.6 million children. Please click on the link below to visit the RIF Action Alert page so you can make your voice heard and support their efforts.
