When Henry the Siamese cat goes to see The Kid's performance in the Christmas pageant, he forms a friendship with a most unusual character in the show; Henry makes friends with Bonnie, a Suffolk sheep. It soon becomes clear that Henry is a very good "sheepcat."
As it happens Henry's sheepcat skills turn out to be very useful when Bonnie is frightened off by a barking dog. Henry sets off in pursuit, eager to help the poor frightened sheep. With great determination and courage Henry goes to work overcoming all sorts of obstacles to achieve his goal and to help his wooly friend.
With Derek Ingraham's magical artwork and the author's wonderful creation of a cat character who abounds with a unique personality, this new Henry adventure is a delight to read. In his own small way Henry delivers a Christmas present though his courage and his friendship. There is no doubt that he is a prince of cats.
