  It is Christmas time and there a Christmas tree in the house that needs to be decorated. Outside a little bird sits in a tree. Inside the house someone has put a little bird ornament on the Christmas tree. If you look carefully at the woodpile outside you will see that a little mouse is sitting on one of the logs. Look, inside the house there is a little mouse ornament on the Christmas tree.

  In this charming little board book children will get to see how the things that we see outside in wintertime can also been seen on our Christmas trees. We decorate with figurines of animals, glittery snowflakes, and stars. Throughout the book, a minimal text is complimented by Melissa Sweet’s wonderful multimedia artwork.
