  It's Christmas Eve and Juliette is as excited as any little girl can be. Soon she is decorating the Christmas tree, making cookies and putting up decorations. With her, watching and helping, are Juliette's special friends, her stuffed animals and her beloved doll. Whatever Juliette does, the toys are with her and enjoying her excitement
  After Juliette has gone to sleep the toys hear something going on downstairs and they go down to investigate. They see the most extraordinary man come down the chimney. Quickly running off to bed the toys have little idea that they too are going to get a surprise on Christmas morning.
  This simple and loving story is beautifully written with a very unpretentious text and with warm, gold-touched illustrations which will delight little children and those who are lucky enough to read to them.
